Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) laser machining can be used in a wide variety of materials including aluminum, steel, and stainless steel. The process creates clean edges and leaves only a small heat-affected zone to produce components that are stress and burr-free.
CNC programs for laser machining can often be created on our computer systems directly from your CAD drawing files. With laser machining under complete CNC control, XLI can provide you with finished parts in less time and at reduced costs.
Our CNC punching services include standard tool, multi-tool, and tool rotation capabilities to provide cost-effective production of blanks. We also can provide custom tooling, CNC laser machining services, or the combination of technologies that best meet your requirements.
Our CNC forming equipment allows many types of complex components to be formed completely in a single step for improved quality, consistency, and productivity. We also have complete internal support for designing and building specialized press brake tooling when required for your project.
